Urban Management Patrol

17+ categories of urban-governance events with a self-report / self-disposal workflow, covering urban management and road-maintenance departments.

The challenge

Street-level issues are widespread, recurring and hard to cover in full by manual patrols at all hours, so there is often a clear time lag between detection and response.

Our approach

Provides recognition of 17+ common urban-governance alert events (including piled materials, exposed garbage, laundry hung on streets, overflowing bins, bagged garbage, unauthorized signage, illegally parked e-bikes and shared bikes, shop-front operation, unlicensed vendors, illegal outdoor advertising, noise detection, illegal parasols, illegal banners and promotional materials, neglected green spaces, methane leak detection and unauthorized structures), with average accuracy of 95%+. Working with app-based dispatch, a cloud supervision platform, a mini-program and a big-screen analytics platform, it connects to existing business platforms so alerts run through detection, warning, review and disposal as a closed loop. A self-report / self-disposal workflow further reduces the burden on front-line teams and improves urban management efficiency.
